Male, 10 years old, Grey and White, Brown eyes"Sprit" -- Sprit is a retired show dog looking for a home just to hang out at, go for walks and be a good companion. He is crate trained and my experience is that they have been in and out of hotel rooms that they are 90% housetrained as long as both of you figure out the signal to go out. He is great with other dogs both Extra large and small dogs. He has been around children as young as 2 years old and done great. |
Female, 6 years old, Grey and White, Brown eyes"Dede" -- Dede is a retired show dog looking for a home where someone would just like a dog to hang with, take for walks around the neighborhood and be a companion in your home. Dede is crate traimed and leash trained. My experience is that these dogs have been in hotel rooms enough that they are housetrained or will be quickly in a new home. She has been with small children and has done great. She has also been with dogs as small as Chi and as large as Mastiffs. She is very friendly and fun to be with. |
Female, 6 months old, Black and White, Brown eyes"Star" -- Star is a gorgeous girl with brains and energy to match! She was born blind, but that doesn’t slow her down at all. She navigates just fine, and all the important things in life (food, sniffy walks, scritches) don’t require sight. Star also had a couple of seizures, which the vet is calling idiopathic epilepsy since no other cause was found in testing, so she takes Keppra and that has prevented any more episodes. |
Female, 11 months old, Black and White, Blue eyes"Crickett" -- Cricket! Oh you lucky lucky Cricket! She’s a tiny little lucky Husky ready to be your goof luck charm. |
Female, 9 months old, Red and White, Blue eyes"Toasty" -- Toasty is a great dog for a family or a single person. She does take a short time to warm up, once she does you see her wonderful, playful personality. Toasty likes to explore, play and go for walks, but she is also happy spending time relaxing with the family nearby. She is excited to meet new people-especially if they give her pets. Toasty can be shy meeting new dogs but warms up after a while. There are cats at her foster home. She is trying to figure out what they are. A forever home with the right cat might be a possibility with some training. Toasty has some training already. She is crate trained and is house trained at her foster home She knows sit and is willing to learn. Toasty is ready and waiting for her forever home. |
